Is this product strong? Waterway Lid Removal Tool | 519-7470 Waterway Clearwater II D.E. Pool Filters & Parts
I ordered one of these from Waterway themselves and when I tried to open my filter cartridge the tool just twisted and folded up on itself. It appeared to be a piece of 3D printed plastic that did not have enough strength for the filter cartridge.
