Need a photo to confirm if this is old or new design. The older style has different attaching tabs and L1 and L2 ar A.O. Smith Terminal Board Assembly | 630738-001
The L1 and L2 terminals should be side by side laterally and not length wise to be accurate 630738-001 terminal block. It should also have an attachment xxxx at ground terminal with xxxx installed. Without photo there is no way to confirm your part configuration.
