Question about products I purchased from you HydroQuip Heater, Vertical Lo-Flo Repl, HQ Universal Rite-Fit, 5.5kW | 27-V310-7T-K
I purchased a Tailpiece, Heater 3 and an O-Ring'Gasket, Generic for my Hydro Equip heater. Everything fits ok but water is leaking from the heater. I was wondering if I needed to use some kind of gasket caulking for the installation?
